Purpose

Our Independent Stakeholder Group (ISG), continues its role challenging our stakeholder engagement planning and delivery. We found real value in this approach as we planned for this current price control period, so continued to evolve its purpose. This is rooted in our commitment to making sure key decisions take account of customer and stakeholder feedback and best reflect their needs.

The role of our ISG includes:

  • Challenging us to respond to strategic business opportunities and future energy sector risks
  • Evaluating engagement robustness to make sure it reflects best practice
  • Encouraging us to deliver better customer and stakeholder outcomes by pushing our Business Plan commitments
