Christine Tate MBA – Partnerships for Good
Christine is a strategy consultant. She brings corporate companies, charities and not for profit organisations together, developing partnerships to support disadvantaged and marginalised customers and passionately drives equality, diversity and inclusion.
She has over 30 years’ experience in the energy sector, holding senior positions. Her last position was Head of Corporate Responsibility at Centrica, developing and managing partnerships and community programmes across the UK, to support customers in fuel poverty and customers in vulnerable circumstances.
Christine chairs SGN’s independent Vulnerability and Carbon Monoxide Steering Group, leading a group of specialists with a wide range of knowledge and experience in vulnerability, fuel poverty and gas safety, supporting under-represented customer groups. She steers the group to provide guidance to SGN, enabling the organisation to quickly adapt to rapidly changing customer needs and reach out to those most in need.
She is also Chair of Fordhall Community Land Initiative, a Care Farm charity providing health, social and educational care services through supervised, structured programmes for a wide range of vulnerable people.
