We have a dedicated claims team who are your central point of contact for claims notifications and queries. The team is responsible for the management and resolution of all claims intimated against us.
How to make a gas works claim
If you have suffered damage to your property or personal injury and you think that we may be responsible, send full details of your claim to us at: The Claims Team, Wales & West Utilities Ltd (Finance Dept), Wales & West House, Spooner Close, Celtic Springs, Coedkernew, Newport, NP10 8FZ or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The claims team also deals with Loss of Business claims in accordance with The Gas (Street Works) (Compensation of Small Businesses) Regulations 1996.
